Low Calorie meals

Cauliflower rice is at the centre of my meals. Cauliflower rice is extremely nutritious and is known as a ‘power food’ I won’t sing its praises here but there is plenty about it online.
The main thing here is it bulks out a meal without a big calorie count. 1/2cup of cauliflower rice is approx 50 Kcalories. Most of the meals on these pages come in at around 350 Kcalories. Add Bean shoots and garlic mushrooms to the rice and the calorie count is kept very low.
